Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified that Richard Watson, a PDMR, on 31 May 2018, exercised nil-cost options under the Performance Share Plan to acquire 87,000 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p per share which he then sold on the same day at a price of ÂĢ15.057175.
