Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')
Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified by Mr Robert Childs, Chairman, that persons closely associated with him have sold a total of 1,740 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each in the Company ("Shares").
The transactions took place on 12 March 2021 and comprised 870 Shares sold by the Robert Childs Discretionary Settlement 2017 and 870 Shares sold by the Mary Childs Discretionary Settlement 2017, both at a price of £8.666 per Share.
The above transactions were executed in GBP.
The notifications set out below are made in accordance with the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (2014/596/EU) which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018
