Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')
Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company announces that on 15 April 2021, Michael Goodwin, PDMR, had paper share certificates held in his name dematerialised. This process meant the transfer of 7,692 ordinary shares of 6.5p each in the capital of the Company to a broking account held in his name for nil consideration.
Following the transfer, Mr Goodwin's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged
The notification set out below is made in accordance with the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (2014/596/EU) which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
