Hamilton, Bermuda - The Final Dividend of 19p per share was paid on 20 June 2017 with a scrip alternative for which the reference price was £12.094. The Company has been notified that the undernoted Directors, PDMRs or persons closely associated with them (PCAs), acquired the numbers of 6.5p ordinary shares stated below. The transactions were executed in GBP.
