Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified of the following transaction in the ordinary shares of 6.5p ("Shares") in the Company:

· On 2 April 2015, 372,078 awards granted to Mr. Steve Langan, a PDMR, under the Company's Performance Share Plan were exercised and 176,981 Shares were subsequently sold on the same day at a price of 855.632p each.

The transaction took place in Bermuda.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R (1)(a).
