Block Listing of Ordinary Shares

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority, the London Stock Exchange and Euronext Dublin for a block listing of 300,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of each of the Financial Conduct Authority and Euronext Dublin and to trading on the Main Market of each of the London Stock Exchange and Euronext Dublin. It is anticipated that the Shares will be admitted on 16 September 2022.

The Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued, as and when required, to the Company's directors and employees in accordance with the terms of the Company's 'Save as You Earn' share incentive plan. 

When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued shares of the Company.
