HomeServe plc (the "Company") announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 1,800,000 ordinary shares of 2 9/13 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to be traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. The Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.
The block listing will be issued as follows:
· 1,800,000 in connection with HomeServe Share Schemes (the Long Term Incentive Plan and One Plan)
Admission is expected to be effective on 20th December 2022.
