This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a).
On 28 March 2014, the following Directors subscribed for a number of new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Placing Shares") as set out in the table below. The Placing Shares were taken up as part of the the Placing of 44,834,877 new ordinary shares at 105 pence per Placing Share announced by the Company on 28 March 2014 (the "Placing"). The Placing was conditional upon Admission becoming effective, confirmation of which was announced yesterday.
