Transaction in Own Shares
Hansteen (LSE: HSTN), the investor in UK and continental European real estate, announces that on Tuesday 17 June 2014, the Company purchased 600,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 100.98 pence per share to be held in treasury. The shares were purchased to meet the Company's obligations to participants under the Performance Share Plan.
The Company now holds a total of 848,094 ordinary shares in treasury.
The total number of ordinary shares in the Company in issue is 685,633,127 and the total number of ordinary shares in the Company in issue excluding treasury shares is 684,785,033.
