Further to its announcement on 26 July 2018 concerning discussions about a potential disposal of a portfolio of industrial property assets located in the UK to Warehouse REIT plc, Hansteen (LSE: HSTN) announces that the parties have been unable to agree terms and consequently the discussions have been terminated.
