Issue of equity

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority for admission of 24,280,494 new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the Founder Long Term Incentive Plan to the premium listing segment of the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for admission to trading of the new ordinary shares ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will take place at 8.00 a.m. today.

Following Admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 744,181,566 (1,546,341 ordinary shares are held in treasury). This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the UK Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
