Hansteen (LSE: HSTN), the investor in UK and continental European real estate, announces that it was notified on 22 November 2012 that, on that date, Humphrey Price, Non-Executive Director, transferred 100,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company already beneficially owned by him into his personal pension fund held with Rathbone Nominees Limited at 77.325p.

Following this transfer his interest in the shares of the Company remains unchanged at 200,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.03% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
