Hansteen Holdings PLC (LSE:HSTN), the investor in UK and continental European real estate, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.

A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts 2012 is also available on the Company's website at www.hansteen.co.uk

The Annual Report and Accounts 2012 together with the Notice of General Meeting for the 2013 Annual General Meeting and a Proxy Voting Card will be mailed to registered shareholders on or around 3 May 2013.
