Total Voting Rights

As at 3 January 2017 there were 170,207,142 ordinary shares of £0.01 each of the Group in issue. There are no shares held in treasury and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Group is 170,207,142. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in interest in, the share capital of the Group under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
