The announcement released by HSS Hire Group plc entitled "Director/ PDMR Shareholding" on 1 September 2016 at 09.58 incorrectly stated the shareholdings of Paul Quested to be 50,000. The total number of shares purchased by Paul Quested is 47,000. Paul's total holding is 47,000. All other figures remain unchanged. The correct figure is included in the reissued announcement below:
