Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with the Transparency Directive, Hargreaves notifies the market of the following:
The Company's capital consists of 26,276,160 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10p each. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Hargreaves is 26,276,160.
The figure of 26,276,160 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Hargreaves under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
