 Board Appointment 

Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the industrial and property sectors, is pleased to announce the appointment of Christopher Jones as Non-Executive Director, effective 1 April 2020.

Chris has over 30 years' experience working with a broad range of organisations within the UK commercial property market. In 1999, he was a founding partner of Christopher Dee LLP, a Manchester based partnership specialising in the analysis, acquisition and disposal of commercial property investment and development opportunities across the UK.

Roger McDowell, the Chairman of Hargreaves, commented:

Chris's vast experience in advising on property development will bring substantial benefits to the Group as we seek to create substantial shareholder value from both our existing land portfolio and other new opportunities."
