Exercise of Options and Director's Dealings
On the 24th November 2010, Frank Martin, the Chief Executive of Hornby Plc, exercised options to acquire 400,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 76.8p per share pursuant to the exercise of options under the Executive Share Option Scheme.
In order to satisfy the acquisition costs of the exercise and the subsequent tax liability, Frank Martin subsequently sold 300,000 shares at 158p per share on 24th November 2010.
Following this transaction, Frank Martin has increased his holding by 100,000 Ordinary Shares and now holds 354,092 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 0.92% of the issued share capital.
