HORNBY PLC WELCOME FRASERS GROUP AS STRATEGIC SHAREHOLDER
Hornby Plc ("Hornby"), the international models and collectibles Group, announces that Frasers Group plc ("Frasers") has acquired 11,107,575 issued shares, taking their total holdings to 15,179,424 issued shares, or 8.9% of Hornby.
Chris Wootton, CFO of Frasers Group, said: "Frasers Group has a vision to build the planet's most admired and compelling brand ecosystem.
