Rule 2.9 Announcement

In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Honeycomb Investment Trust plc ("HIT" or the "Company") confirms that, as at the close of business on 11 September 2020, being the last business day prior to the date of this announcement, it had 39,449,919 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue and admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. The Company holds 3,518,289 Ordinary Shares in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in HIT is 35,931,630. The International Securities Identification Number for the Company's ordinary shares is GB00BYZV3G25.
