Office of Fair Trading22 February 2006 ENTERPRISE ACT 2002 - PRIOR NOTICE OF MERGERS The Office of Fair Trading received on 2 February 2006 a Merger Notice underSection 96 of the Enterprise Act 2002 (the Act) in respect of the proposedarrangements for: Anticipated acquisition by Honeywell International Inc of First Technology plc The OFT now gives notice that in accordance with Section 97(2) of the Act theperiod for consideration of this Notice has been extended by a further period of10 working days.
