Hochschild Mining PLC (the "Company") announces the change detailed below in the interests of Eduardo Hochschild, Chairman, in the Company's Ordinary Shares ("Shares").
On 3 December 2020, Pelham Investment Corporation, an entity indirectly controlled by Eduardo Hochschild, sold 61,665,067 Shares.
