Director/PDMR Shareholding
Hochschild Mining plc (the "Company") announces the change detailed below in the interests of Ignacio Bustamante, an Executive Director of the Company, in the Company's Ordinary Shares ("Shares").
On 16 March 2018, the second tranche of an award of conditional shares granted under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan vested thereby resulting in an acquisition of 40,383 Shares for nil consideration.
