Directorate Change

The Board of Huntsworth, the healthcare communications and public relations group, announces that Mr Terence M. Graunke, who joined the Board on 21 May 2012, has resigned as a non-executive Director with effect from 14 May 2016 owing to his other commitments.

As a result, the Company intends to withdraw the resolution for his reappointment at its Annual General Meeting on 26 May 2016.

Derek Mapp, Chairman of Huntsworth, said:

"I remain very grateful to Terry for his support since I joined the Huntsworth Board and for his substantial contribution in supporting the transformation of the Board."

Terence M. Graunke said:

"It is with regret that I step down from the Huntsworth Board. I would like to wish the Chairman and the Company all the best in their future endeavours."
