Huntsworth plc, the healthcare and communications group, has been notified pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14 that Nicky Dulieu, a Non-Executive Director, will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Redrow plc with effect from the close of their 2019 Annual General Meeting taking place later today. Nicky Dulieu will also join Redrow plc's Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees with effect from the same time.
