Transaction in own shares

Huntsworth PLC announces that, on 30th July 2011, it purchased through Numis Securities Limited 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 60 pence per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 2,644,790 ordinary shares in Treasury and has a total of 245,268,224 ordinary shares of 1p each (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented approximately 0.002% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchases.
