Huntsworth plc, the international public relations and healthcare communications group, announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities ("Admission"). The Shares satisfy the exercise of options by a former employee under The Huntsworth Executive Share Option Scheme 2006. 50,000 of the Shares were issued to the former employee on 12 June 2015 and the remaining 50,000 will be issued on 15 July 2015.
It is expected that Admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 15 July 2015.
The Shares are ordinary shares of 1p each and rank pari passu with the all other ordinary shares in the Company.
