Huntsworth plc, the healthcare communications and public relations group, announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for 1,500,007 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "New Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities ("Admission"). The New Shares will be issued as the final deferred consideration payment following the acquisition of Atomic Communications, LLC, which was announced on 23 March 2011.
It is expected that Admission of the New Shares will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 14 January 2016
The New Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of 1p each.
