HMV Group PLC29 October 2007 29 October 2007 HMV Group plc ("HMV Group") Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rule 5.6.1(R) and further to the Voting Rights announcement made on15 January 2007, HMV Group confirms that the total number of ordinary shares inissue at the date of this notice is 403,370,494 with each share carrying theright to one vote. No ordinary shares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in HMV Group is therefore 403,370,494. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, HMV Group under the FSA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
