Further to the announcement made on 6 June 2011, the Company confirms that the circular was posted yesterday to shareholders giving notice that a General Meeting will be held at offices of Nomura International plc, Nomura House, 1 St Martin's-Le-Grand, London EC1A 4NT on 23 June 2011 at 9a.m. to seek shareholder approval for the disposal of Waterstone's. Copies of the circular, including the Notice of the General Meeting, are available from the Company's website at www.hmvgroup.com.
