Further to the announcement made on 6 June 2011, the Company confirms that the circular was posted yesterday to shareholders giving notice that a General Meeting will be held at offices of Nomura International plc, Nomura House, 1 St Martin's-Le-Grand, London EC1A 4NT on 23 June 2011 at 9a.m. to seek shareholder approval for the disposal of Waterstone's.
