HMS Group Buy-back Programme Results
Moscow, Russia – October 3, 2016 – HMS Group (LSE: HMSG) announces today that it has repurchased 2,303 of its global depositary receipts (“GDRs”) representing 0.01 percent of the Company’s issued share capital during the period from September 26, 2016 up to and including September 30, 2016.
These purchases were made by the Company’s broker, Renaissance Capital, and are a part of HMS Group’s buy-back programme. Since the commencement of the programme, the Company has repurchased 849,682 GDRs in total (representing 3.63 percent of its issued share capital).
