HML Holdings PLC14 August 2007 HML Holdings plc ("HML" or "the Company") Issue of Equity and Director Dealings HML Holdings plc (AIM: HMLH), a leading provider of property management,insurance and ancillary services to residential property blocks, announces that,today, it issued 481,481 ordinary shares of 1.5p each in HML ("ConsiderationShares") as part settlement of the consideration owing to the vendors of the W AEllis Property Managers Limited ("WAEPML"), the acquisition of which wasannounced on 10 August 2007. Application has been made for the Consideration Shares to be admitted to tradingon AIM and it is anticipated that dealings will commence on 20 August 2007. The Company also announces that today it granted options ("Options") overordinary shares of 1.5p in HML ("Ordinary Shares") under the HML Holdings PlcShare Options Scheme as set out below.
