SHARE PURCHASES - TO SATISFY SHARE PLAN AWARDS Halma p.l.c. announces that it has today purchased 199,000 of its ordinaryshares through Dresdner Kleinwort Securities Limited at an average price of210.743897p per share. The purchased shares will not be subject to cancellationand will all be held as treasury shares in order to satisfy awards under theHalma p.l.c. Performance Share Plan 2005. Following the above purchase, Halma p.l.c. holds 1,181,635 ordinary shares astreasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding sharesheld as treasury shares) is 372,755,106.
