The Company provides notification that the following off-market transaction has taken place:
Helical Bar 2002 Share Incentive Plan (the "SIP")
On 26 July 2016, Helical Bar Trustees Limited, trustees of the SIP, purchased 42,392 ordinary shares of 1 pence each from Michael Slade, Chairman at the market closing price on 25 July 2016 of 273.00 pence per share at an aggregate price of £115,730.16.
Following this transaction Michael Slade's interests in the shares of the Company are as follows:
