Notification of Interests of Directors and Connected Persons
The Company was informed on 10 March 2017 that Mr Michael Slade had made a donation of 15,750 ordinary shares in Helical plc to The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity (Registered Charity number 1095197). Following this transaction, Mr Michael Slade holds 12,633,607 (10.69%) shares in the Company.
