On 5 December 2014 the following transactions took place:
1. Sale of shares
The following Directors sold 920,000 (0.78%) ordinary 1p shares in Helical Bar at 354.17p per share:

2. Helical Bar Employee Share Ownership Plan Trust ("ESOP")
On 5 December 2014, the ESOP purchased 750,000 ordinary 1p shares in Helical Bar at 355p per share. The ESOP now holds 3,624,969 (3.1%) ordinary 1p shares.
