Listing Rule 9.6.14R Disclosure
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Helical Bar announces that Richard Gillingwater, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of Helical Bar, was appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman Designate of the Henderson Group Board on 6 February 2013. Mr Gillingwater will become Chairman of Henderson Group plc following the Annual General Meeting in May.
