Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Persons in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a).
The Company announces the following PDMRs of the Company have today been advised that they have been granted an option to purchase ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 29th March 2012 under the Company's Save As You Earn scheme.
The exercise price of options granted under the scheme is 365.00 pence per share and the options are exerciseable for a period of 6 months from May 2017 to November 2017.
