Appointment of a new Director
The board of Henderson International Income Trust plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Mai Fenton as a non-executive director with effect from 1 June 2023. Mai will also be a member of the audit committee, the nominations and remuneration committee, the management engagement committee and the insider committee.
Mai has spent her career in marketing in large and/or multinational businesses, and has over 20 years' experience across consumer packaged goods, ecommerce, lifestyle and technology. She is currently Chief Marketing Officer at Superscript, a fast growing technology scale up that offers customisable and flexible business insurance for sole traders and small businesses, where she is responsible for all aspects of their brand and digital marketing activity.
In accordance with paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules, it is confirmed that there are no other details to be disclosed in relation to Mai Fenton.
