Notification under paragraphs 3.1.2R to 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules
Hill & Smith Holdings PLC ('Hill & Smith' or the 'Company') announces that it has been notified that Mr Paul Simmons, Chief Executive Officer Designate and a person discharging managerial responsibilities of Hill & Smith has been granted 3,125 Ordinary Share options under the 2014 Employee ShareSave Scheme at an option price of £9.60 per share.
As a result of the grant, Paul Simmons now holds conditional performance LTIP awards and share options over 113,362 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
