Hill & Smith Holdings PLC ('Hill & Smith' or the 'Company') announces that it has been notified that Mr Derek Muir, a person discharging managerial responsibilities of Hill & Smith has exercised employee share options under the 2005 Employee ShareSave Scheme.
Mr Muir acquired 1064 ordinary shares on the 6th June 2018 through the exercise of his ShareSave options at an option price of 355pence per share following the maturity of the ShareSave grant made in 2014.
