The Board of Directors of the Company wish to announce the following:

1. Retirement of an Independent Director

Tuan Haji Zambri bin Haji Mahmud retired by rotation at the Ninety-Fifth Annual General Meeting on 24 September 2018 and did not seek re-election.

2. Retirement of a member of the Audit Committee

Due to the retirement of Tuan Haji Zambri bin Haji Mahmud as an Independent Director, he has ceased to be the member of the Audit Committee on 24 September 2018.

The current Audit Committee comprises of:-

1. Diong Chin Teck - Chairman

2. Chew Beow Soon - Member

The Board of Director would like to thank Tuan Haji Zambri bin Haji Mahmud for his devoted service and commitment to the Company throughout his tenure as an Independent Director with the Company.
