Result of Extraordinary General Meeting
The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that the ordinary resolution put to shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on Wednesday 12 August 2015 (the "EGM") was passed. The details of the resolution follow. Defined terms have the meaning given to them in the circular relating to the EGM published on 17 July 2015.
ORDINARY RESOLUTION
| The Chairman advised that the following votes on a poll had been received:
THAT the proposed Acquisition by the Company (or a subsidiary of the Company) of a 99.9 per cent. equity interest in the RCMP Project from the InfraRed Infrastructure Fund III, on such terms as may be agreed by the Company and the InfraRed Infrastructure Fund III, subject to all other actions necessary to effect the Acquisition, be and is hereby approved.

27,260 votes received were directed to be withheld. A vote withheld is not a vote in law and not counted in the calculation of the proportion of the votes for or against the resolution.
