Publication of Annual Report

HICL is pleased to announce that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2020 (the "Annual Report") is now available to view and download from the Company's website (www.hicl.com), direct link (www.hicl.com/AnnualReport2020), and will shortly be available from the National Storage Mechanism website (http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM).

Those shareholders who have previously requested communications in paper format will be mailed a copy of the Annual Report.
