This announcement replaces the announcement made by the Company on the 20 January 2012 at 10:15. The additional listing is not a block listing but an issuance for the Yell Group plc 2003 Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

Yell Group plc (the "Company")

An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a listing of 14,248,355 ordinary shares of 1 pence each fully paid in the Company.

The shares have been issued to satisfy obligations under the Yell Group plc 2003 Employee Stock Purchase Plan and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

Admission is expected to become effective on or around 23 January 2012.
