An application has been made toΒ the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange forΒ a block listing ofΒ 2,947,583Β ordinary sharesΒ of 1 pence each fully paid in the Company.Β
The shares have been issued to satisfy obligations under the Yell Group plc 2003 Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Upon issuance the shares will trade on the London Stock Exchange, be admitted to the Official list andΒ will rankΒ equallyΒ with the existing ordinary shares.
Admission is expected to become effective on or aroundΒ 21Β January 2010.
