The coupon rate of the bonds is fixed and is taken allotment method towards qualified investors. The coupon rate will be determined by the issuer and the underwriter in accordance with relevant national regulations in accordance with the results of inquiry.

After deducting the issuance expenses, the proceeds from the issuance of the Corporate Bonds will be used to supplement working capital,replace outstanding interest-bearing liabilities , and other purposes that complied with the national laws and regulations.
