In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:
The Company confirms that the 37,324,698 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in issue as at 24 May 2019 ("Old Ordinary Shares") have now been sub-divided into 373,246,980 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each (Ordinary Shares) with voting rights.
Therefore, as at 28 May 2019, the total number of voting rights in HgCapital Trust plc is 373,246,980.
The above figure (373,246,980) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, HgCapital Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
