Listing application and Subscription share exercise
In relation to the 31 May 2012 subscription date, the Company announces that it has issued 4,177 Ordinary shares following the exercise of subscription rights by a number of Subscription shareholders. Application has been made for those Ordinary shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. The Ordinary shares issued will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares and are anticipated to commence trading on 14 June 2012.
Following this issue there will be 31,826,507 Ordinary shares of 25p each and 5,498,191 Subscription shares of 1p each in issue in the capital of the Company.
